Breisach am Rhein / Germany: Specktor & Münster WWI Feldpost (Vintage PC 1915)

vintage german black and white real photographic / printed postcard showing a scenic view of breisach am rhein with its historic pontoon bridge schiffbruecke spanning across the river.
the image shows a man standing on the wooden bridge structure in the foreground, with the historic town and the st. stephan cathedral st. stephansmünster rising prominently on the hill in the background. the front includes handwritten soldier greetings in old german ink script at the top.
published by verlag von emil hartmann, strassburg i. e., card nr. 21, titled alt-breisach.
the reverse side features a divided back used as a field post card feldpostkarte, addressed to a convalescent home genesungsheim in rohrbach near heidelberg. it bears a clear circular town postmark from breisach dated 22.2.15 6-7n.
