the front side captures the grand architecture of the post office building with horse carriages street traffic and pedestrians on the paved street the upper corner features a green greek 5 lepta hermes head stamp cancelled with a clear circular salonique postmark the lower left corner contains the publisher credit imp h grimaud fils et cie 54 rue mazenod marseille
the back of the card is undivided unposted and completely blank in very clean vintage condition with sharp corners and minor age toning typical for early 20th century postcards
desirable piece for collectors of greek topography postal history and ottoman era salonica views
