historical german postcard from world war i commemorating the 50th army anniversary of general field marshal paul von hindenburg on april 7 1916.

the front features a beautiful embossed relief portrait of hindenburg within an oak leaf wreath decorated with the imperial german colors black white and red.

the reverse side is unused and blank with the publisher mark b.b. & o.l. g.m.b.h. at the bottom left.
