franking: italy 10 centesimi stamp, "poste italiane", vittorio emanuele iii definitive issue (leoni type), tied by a genova cds dated 12.12.05 (station/railway marking "ferro" visible in strike). additional arrival/transit cds on the reverse reading uttorto (partial strike) with date 14.xi. correspondence addressed to "lgr klein, stuttgart, neckarstr. 20, germania", with a lengthy handwritten message in german kurrentschrift covering the left half and portion of the address side.
