A fantastic social study of a 1920s trade business.

The image clearly shows the workplace hierarchy: on the front right sits the older Master Craftsman or shop owner contentedly smoking a pipe. He is surrounded by his skilled Journeymen and very young teenage Apprentices wearing light-colored work smocks. 
The large workbench in the foreground is cluttered with authentic period tools, small storage boxes, delicate hammers, and trade-specific equipment. The background features vintage factory-style lighting and shelving.
