on backside is written:

photo is glued on heavy cardboard -> gelatine silver print

size (with frame): ~ 20 x 25 cm (1 cm ~ 0.39 inch)

condition of photo is very good or better..cardboard has a 4cm tear on top right side...but please also refer to the scans which show complete back and frontside of photo...
