postally used as a "correspondenz-karte" (austro-hungarian format), franked with an austria 5 heller stamp (franz joseph i definitive issue), tied by a höchst (main) arrival cds dated 15.4.1900. addressed to w. h. lino, höchst (main), germany (then part of prussia). extensive handwritten travel account covering the lower portion of the image side and continuing onto the address side, dated "15. april 1900" at the sender's end.
