published by a. kaulfuss penang (printed in germany). bottom left features a red 4c straits settlements king george v stamp with an authentic postmark.

written on november 8, 1920, by a chinese collector named c. guan kang to fellow collector miquel vila in palma de mallorca, spain.

the text mentions the u.p.e.c. collectors club (member 8105) and proposes a registered exchange of cards and stamps from straits settlements (s.s.) and federated malay states (f.m.s.).

fantastic piece of early social and philatelic history from british malaya.
