the postcard was sent as printed matter ("drukwerk") from the netherlands to miguel miquel vila in palma, mallorca, spain, and bears an assen postmark dated 22 february 1915.

an especially interesting card for collectors of dutch regional costumes, zeeland and zuid-holland costume, early dutch postcards, postal history and deltiology. notably, this postcard was sent to the same recipient in palma as another early dutch costume postcard from the same collection.
