the reverse bears a rare contemporary violet hotel stamp referring to the albergo marmolada at passo falzarego, at an altitude of 2117 metres.

the stamp reads “passo falzarego m. 2117” and includes the name of the proprietor.

an interesting document connecting the postcard with historic alpine tourism in the dolomites.

dating approximately to c. 1925–1935, probably around 1930.
